NZX has announced a trading halt for Arvida Group's ordinary shares.
The halt was requested by Arvida, after it became aware of a market rumour regarding a potential transaction.
Arvida's board is currently considering the matter and expects to make a material announcement before the end of Thursday.
The trading halt was implemented at 2:50pm on Thursday and will remain in place until the issuer releases an announcement or the market opens on Friday.
