Asset Plus has reported a decline in total profit for the six months ended Sept 30, 2025.
The company's profit after tax was $1.61 million, down from $2.32m in the same period last year.
However, adjusted funds from operations (AFFO) increased to $1.19m, compared to a $350,000 deficit in the prior corresponding period.
The increase in AFFO was attributed to a reduction in net finance costs, as well as lower operating costs and management fees.
Asset Plus had a portfolio occupancy of 65%, which is expected to increase to 74% with the commencement of the new Aderant lease in early 2026.
The company's portfolio fair value stood at $107.7m, and it had net tangible assets of 32.4 cents per share.
The board declared a cash dividend of 0.2 cents per share for the quarter ended Sept 30, 2025.
