The Bankers Investment Trust has announced that its annual report and financial statements for the year ended October 31, 2024, have been sent to shareholders.
The company also revealed that the notice of the annual general meeting, scheduled to be held on February 25, 2025, at 201 Bishopsgate, London, has been included.
The annual report, financial statements, notice of the annual general meeting, form of proxy, and proposed new articles of association have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will soon be available for inspection.
