T&G Global has announced the appointment of Bastian von Streit as a non-independent director, effective from April 18 2024.
Von Streit, who currently serves as the chief financial officer for BayWa Global Produce in Munich and the head of finance for BayWa AG's agriculture, agriculture equipment, building materials, and energy business units, will bring his extensive financial experience and knowledge of the fresh produce and agriculture sectors to the board.
However, it was noted that von Streit will retire at the annual shareholders meeting on June 26 2024, but will be eligible for re-election.
