Artificial intelligence company Being AI has reported a 23% increase in operating earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) for the financial year 2024.
The company generated $40.41 million in revenue, while its net loss after tax amounted to $1.69m.
Being AI also revealed that its total assets stood at $78m.
In addition, the company announced the acquisition of Being Consultants, Send Global, and AGE, as well as the appointment of new directors.
Being AI has changed its name to Being Al and launched its first capital raise, aiming to raise up to $5.6m.
The company is also considering making a takeover offer for a controlling interest in Solution Dynamics.
