Being AI has announced the resignation of two independent directors, Roger Gower and Joe Jensen, and the appointment of two new independent directors, Andy Higgs and Brett O'Riley.
The company said the changes are aimed at supporting its deep technology initiatives.
Higgs is known for his expertise in strategic leadership and innovation, particularly in digital identity, AI strategy, and the open metaverse.
O'Riley brings extensive experience in management and compliance, with a background in driving transformative initiatives.
The new board will meet to elect or appoint a new chair in due course.
