Booster Innovation Fund (BIF) has acquired 6% of shares in ZeroJet Limited, specialising in the development of electric jet propulsion systems to eliminate the need for combustion engines on small boats.

BIF will make a cash investment of $500,000, with a net asset value of $7.9m.

Investors can purchase units in BIF on the NZX or subscribe for units as part of the process described in the fund’s Product Disclosure Statement (PDS).
