Black Pearl Group announces key leadership changes

Black Pearl Group has announced two key leadership appointments as it aims to strengthen its executive team.

Jean Francois Arlove has been appointed as the new chief financial officer, effective from October 15, 2024.

Arlove, a certified practising accountant, brings extensive experience in CFO and COO roles, particularly in the advertising and marketing industries.

He will play a crucial role in evaluating potential acquisition opportunities.

Meanwhile, the company's current CFO, Karen Cargill, will transition to the role of chief governance officer.

Black Pearl Group, based in Wellington and Phoenix, specialises in AI-driven sales and marketing solutions for the US market, specifically targeting small and medium-sized businesses.
