Blackpearl Group has reported strong growth in its third-quarter results for the financial year 2025.

Annual recurring revenue (ARR) reached $11.1 million, a 100% increase compared to the same period last year.

This also represents a 7% increase from the second quarter of FY25.

Subscription revenue was $2.1m, up 79% year-on-year and 24% quarter-on-quarter.

The company's gross profit margin was 72%, unchanged from the previous quarter and slightly down from 73% in the third quarter of FY24.

ARR per employee was recorded at $271,000, a 47% year-on-year increase.

However, there was a slight decline in this metric compared to the previous quarter, attributed to planned team expansion.

Blackpearl Group said its focus on innovation, efficiency, and high-value customer segments will support long-term growth and reinforce its market leadership.

The company is on track to achieve its $20m ARR target within 10-15 months.
