BLIS Technologies has announced an enhancement to its agreement with Probi, aimed at strengthening their alliance in the global probiotic market.
The new agreement extends the existing Technology License & Distribution Agreement and grants Probi exclusive rights to BLIS K12 and BLIS M18 in the USA, Canada, and certain EMEA markets.
Additionally, for the first time, the agreement includes pet nutrition in Probi's licensed territories, addressing the growing consumer demand for high-quality probiotic solutions for pets.
