Mercury NZ Limited has announced that Dennis Barnes, director, will be the next Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Snowy Hydro Limited, a Commonwealth Company and Government Business Enterprise in Australia.
Mr Barnes is expected to take up the role on 1 February 2023 and will step down from the Mercury Board at a later date.
