Board of Directors Update - Chair succession

Mike Petersen has been appointed as Chair-elect of Scales Corporation Limited and Independent Non-Executive Director, effective from 28 April 2023.

Mike has over 30 years' management and governance experience in the agribusiness sector and is currently a director of ANZCO Foods, Kelso Genetics Limited and Chair of Nui Markets Limited.

He will succeed Tim Goodacre, who has been Chair of Scales since 2017, after signalling an intention to retire.

The Board thanked Tim for his significant contribution to the Group during his time as Director and Chair.
