Booster's private land and property portfolio is set to acquire a large-scale industrial property, which would account for 30-35% of the portfolio's total gross property value.

The purchase is still subject to due diligence, supervisor approval, and other conditions.

The property, which has a long-term net lease with a strong tenant, was described to be in line with the fund's return objective.

The acquisition will be funded through a combination of cash, ongoing subscriptions to the portfolio, and undrawn bank funding.

Booster highlighted that this move would provide further diversification benefits, supplementing its core focus on horticultural and agricultural investments.

The due diligence process is expected to be completed within the next six weeks.

More details will be communicated to investors once the conditions are met.
