Booster Investment Management has announced the release of a replacement Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) for the Booster Innovation Fund, effective from December 11, 2024.
The updated document provides a more up-to-date description of the fund's assets, including those acquired since the last PDS update.
Booster is the manager and issuer of the fund and is part of the Booster Group, which has been operating in New Zealand since 1998.
The group currently administers superannuation and investment funds worth over $7 billion on behalf of more than 200,000 New Zealanders.
The Booster Innovation Fund is a managed investment fund that focuses on investing in early-stage companies founded on intellectual property originated or developed in New Zealand.
