Bremworth has announced the appointment of four new independent directors to its board.
Rob Hewett, Julie Bohnenn, Murray Dyer, and Trevor Burt have joined the board, while Paul Izzard, Katherine Turner, and Dianne Williams have stepped down.
Hewett will serve as the new chair of Bremworth.
The company said the new directors will stand for election by shareholders at the next annual meeting.
The board said its key priority will be to strategically allocate the $42.2 million insurance settlement and evaluate the ongoing strategic review.
