Briscoe Group has announced its unaudited sales for the third quarter of 2023, reporting a 2.37% increase in total group sales compared to the same quarter last year.

Homeware sales grew by 1.32%, while sporting goods sales increased by 4.05%.

Online sales accounted for 19.07% of total group sales.

Year-to-date sales for the period from January to October 2023 increased by 1.00% compared to the same period last year.

The company's managing director expressed satisfaction with the sales growth in a challenging retail environment and stated a cautious optimism for the future.

The company expects to achieve a full-year net profit after tax of over $80 million.
