BRM appoints Fiona Oliver as a director

Barramundi Limited has appointed experienced listed-company director, Fiona Oliver, as an independent director of the company, effective 1 June 2022.

Oliver is currently a director of Freightways Limited, First Gas Limited, Gentrack Limited, BNZ Life Insurance Limited, BNZ Insurance Services Limited and Wynyard Group Limited (in liquidation).

The company's Constitution and NZX Listing Rules require Oliver to stand for election by shareholders at the next annual meeting in October.

She will also join the boards of Barramundi's sister companies, Kingfish Limited and Marlin Global Limited.
