Cannasouth's chief financial officer and company secretary, Colin Foster, has resigned, effective March 27.
Foster, who served in the role for four years, will be stepping down.
In a statement, chairman Tony Ho expressed gratitude to Foster for his contributions and acknowledged his significant role in the group's financial and strategic affairs.
Foster's resignation comes after Cannasouth announced the appointment of voluntary administrators earlier today.
He has offered his full support to the administrators as and when required.
