Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Corporation Limited has today announced the appointment of Cather Simpson, PhD, to its Board of Directors.
Simpson is a professor of physics and chemical sciences at the University of Auckland and a partner at Pacific Channel.
She is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of New Zealand Te Apārangi.
The Board has determined that Simpson will be an independent director and a member of the Quality, Safety and Regulatory Committee.
Shareholders will vote on her election at the company’s next annual meeting in August 2022.
