Infratil advises that its investment in CDC Data Centres has increased in value since September 2022, with the NZD valuation now estimated to be between $3,174.2 million and $3,791.7 million (with a midpoint of $3,458.7 million).
This is due to the benefit of CDC's refinancing and expansion of its debt facilities, the inclusion of two additional New Zealand developments, and changes to the blended discount rate used for the valuation.
This has resulted in an increase of $23.6 million in the estimated International Portfolio Annual Incentive Fee for FY2023.
