CDL Investments has acknowledged the notice of intention from CDL Hotels Holdings New Zealand to make a takeover offer for Millennium & Copthorne Hotels New Zealand, which holds approximately 65% of the shares in CDL Investments.
CDL Investments clarified that the offer is not for them and that CDL Hotels Holdings' intention is for CDL Investments to continue as a listed entity.
The company also advised its shareholders that no action is required in relation to the takeover notice for Millennium & Copthorne Hotels.
