Change in Director Appointed by Bright Dairy

Synlait Milk Limited has announced that Qikai Lu (Albert) has stepped down from his position as one of the four appointed directors from Bright Dairy Holding Limited on the Synlait Milk Limited Board due to work commitments.

Dr Gui Min (Gracie) has been appointed as his replacement, and will take up the position effective immediately.

Gracie is currently the Director of Marketing of Nutrition Section at Bright Dairy, and has a Ph.D. in pharmacology from Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and National Public Dietitian Level-I.

Synlait and Bright Dairy thanked Albert for his service to the company over the past seven years.
