Change of SIML-Appointed Director

Investore Property Limited has announced the retirement of Director John Harvey with effect from 31 May 2022, and the appointment of Director Ross Buckley to the Board of Investore effective from 1 June 2022.

Ross Buckley, who previously held a variety of positions at KPMG, has a background in audit, management and finance.

The Board has determined that Ross Buckley is not an “Independent Director” as defined by the NZX Listing Rules due to being a SIML-appointed director.

Chairman Mike Allen commented on the appointment, expressing appreciation for John Harvey and enthusiasm for Ross Buckley’s addition to the Board.
