Ryman Healthcare has recently appointed Deborah Marris as its General Counsel and Company Secretary and Di Walsh as its new Chief People and Safety Officer.

The two will join Ryman's senior executive team, with Marris responsible for legal, risk, internal audit and governance, and Walsh responsible for people and safety across the Ryman group.

Ryman Healthcare, founded in Christchurch in 1984, owns and operates 45 retirement villages in New Zealand and Australia, and employs 6,700 staff.
