Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited has announced an extension to the closing date of their non-brokered private placement of up to 30,000,000 units at CAD $0.13 per unit, with each unit consisting of one common share and one transferable share purchase warrant.
The funds raised will be used to fast track the development of the Round Oak Road Distribution Hub and the Korella North mine, complete the permitting process for the Avenir Makatea onshore phosphate project in French Polynesia, and for general working capital.
The private placement is subject to the acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange and is now expected to close on June 16, 2023.
