Chorus share buyback to commence on 25 February 2022

Chorus Limited has announced an on-market share buyback programme of up to NZ$150 million in purchase price and up to a maximum of 22,543,856 shares.

The programme, which may run for up to 12 months, will be executed by Jarden and will be notified to the NZX and ASX on the business day following the date on which those shares are bought back.

Chorus reserves the right to suspend or terminate the buyback programme at any time.
