Chris Dorn named head of corporate finance at IRG

Chris Dorn has been appointed as the head of corporate finance at Investment Research Group (IRG), a subsidiary of General Capital.

IRG, an NZX sponsor, specializes in corporate advisory services.

Dorn, who has extensive experience in the corporate advisory sector, previously held positions as partner and head of corporate finance at Findex, executive manager at ASB's capital solutions division, and corporate finance director at PwC.

In his new role, Dorn will focus on managing sell-side transactions for clients and providing cost-effective solutions for business owners looking to divest.
