Fletcher Building's chief people and communications officer, Claire Carroll, has resigned after more than 11 years with the company.
Carroll, who has been in her current role since 2018, played a key role in improving engagement levels, leadership development, internal talent nurturing, and diversity and inclusion strategies, according to Fletcher Building's managing director and chief executive, Andrew Reding.
A process is now underway to find her replacement.
