NZX Limited has completed its Equity Raising, raising approximately NZ$44 million.
The proceeds of the Equity Raising will be used to fund its investment into Global Dairy Trade, replenish its balance sheet and support investments for growth.
The settlement date for the new shares issued is Friday, 18 March 2022.
Holding statements for the new shares will be dispatched on Monday, 21 March 2022.
