Comvita Limited (CVT) has announced its intention to acquire up to 300,000 of its ordinary shares in relation to proposed share scheme arrangements for employees.
The offer will commence on 2 June 2022 and end on 30 June 2022.
This equates to 0.43% of CVT’s total ordinary shares.
The announcement was authorised for release by the Board of Directors of Comvita Limited.
