Cooks Coffee reports strong growth in UK, Ireland

Cooks Coffee has reported strong growth in the UK and Ireland, surpassing the industry average.

In the half-year trading update, the company revealed a 26.9% increase in systemwide store sales for its Esquires brand in these regions.

This growth was driven by the expansion of its store network and positive like-for-like sales growth.

In the UK, store sales improved by 26.7%, while in Ireland, they rose by 27.4%.

Cooks Coffee also highlighted the underlying strength of its established stores, with like-for-like sales growth of 3.5% in the UK and 6.4% in Ireland.

The company opened 11 new stores in the UK and two in Ireland during the period.

As of September 28, 2025, Cooks Coffee operated 77 stores in the UK and 20 stores in Ireland, with further openings planned.
