Cooks Coffee has announced a master franchise agreement for its Esquires brand in India.
The agreement was signed with Sterling Coffee House, a special purpose vehicle that will manage the venture.
The coffee retail market in India was valued at $18.83 billion in the year to March 2025 and is projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 9.84% from 2030.
Under the terms of the agreement, the franchisee will be responsible for the establishment and operation of the Esquires business in India, with ongoing support from Cooks Coffee.
