Deferral of FDA consideration of enforcement discretion

The a2 Milk Company (a2MC) has today received notification from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) that they are deferring further consideration of the Company’s request for enforcement discretion to import infant milk formula (IMF) products into the US.

The International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA) has also advised that similar letters have been sent to all pending enforcement discretion applicants.

David Bortolussi, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has authorised the release of this information.
