Delegat Group's Non-Executive Chair and Director, Graeme Lord, has announced his plan to retire at the company's Annual Shareholders' Meeting on November 23, 2023.
Lord is set to be replaced by Jim Delegat as Chairman and Non-executive Director. Lord joined the company in 1999.
