Director Appointments and Governance Update

PGG Wrightson Limited (PGW) today announced Joo Hai Lee will take on the role of Chair from 1 July 2022, when Rodger Finlay will retire.

The Board will be supplemented by the appointments of Garry Moore and Meng Foon, both joining as independent directors.

Moore brings over 40 years of finance, trustee and corporate governance experience, while Foon brings a wealth of public service appointments and business experience.

The full Board comprises Joo Hai Lee (Chair, Audit Committee member), Sarah Brown (Independent Director, Audit Committee Chair), Garry Moore (Independent Director, Audit Committee member), U Kean Seng (Director), Dr Charlotte Severne (Independent Director) and Meng Foon (Independent Director).
