Donna Smit, long-serving Fonterra Director, has announced her retirement from the Fonterra Board and FSF Management Company Limited, Manager of the Fonterra Shareholders’ Fund, effective 10 November 2022.
Fonterra Chairman Peter McBride thanked Smit for her contribution over a period of significant change for the Co-op and said her retirement creates a vacancy for a farmer elected Director, with nominations opening on 5 August.
