Downer awarded South Australian Housing Authority contract

Downer EDI Limited has been awarded a $630 million contract to provide maintenance services to the SA Housing Authority social housing portfolio in the Adelaide metropolitan area.

Downer will deliver reactive maintenance, vacant restoration and minor works projects, providing crucial maintenance services to 27,000 public housing dwellings.

The Chief Executive Officer of Downer, Grant Fenn, said the win demonstrates the company’s capability as a leading social housing maintenance services provider.
