Embark Education Group Limited (EVO) will be delisted from the NZX Main Board, subject to meeting certain delisting conditions.
Trading in EVO ordinary shares will be halted and suspended on Monday, 26 June 2023, and the delisting is expected to take effect from close of business on Thursday, 6 July 2023.
