Enprise Group (NZX: ENS) has appointed Dr Aneesha Varghese-Cowan to their board as Non-Executive Director.

Aneesha is a specialist finance executive with an extensive background in various industries, including Web 3.0, professional services, manufacturing, and supply chain.

She holds qualifications from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Governance Institute of Australia, CPA Australia, Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, University of Otago, The University of Auckland, and The Wharton School.

Her areas of expertise include financial transformation, risk mitigation, organisational change management, and digital transformation.
