Auckland-based technology company, EROAD, has announced the appointment of Cameron Kinloch as a new non-executive director, effective immediately.

Kinloch, who is based in the United States, brings extensive experience in board governance and executive management.

She is currently on the board of Copper Cow Coffee and serves as the chief financial officer at Weights & Biases.

Meanwhile, EROAD's former chair, Graham Stuart, will be resigning from the board on March 31 2024.

Stuart, who was appointed to the board in January 2018, is stepping down to balance his other work commitments.
