EROAD appoints new Chief Financial Officer

EROAD (ASX/NZX: ERD) today announced the appointment of Margaret Warrington as Chief Financial Officer, effective 1 December 2022.

Warrington, who joined EROAD in 2020 as Group Financial Controller, has held senior financial roles at various organisations and is also Chair of the national charity Good Bitches Baking.

Mark Heine, EROAD CEO, said Warrington's expertise will reposition the company for a changing environment.
