EROAD appoints Rebecca Lineham as interim CFO

EROAD has announced the appointment of Rebecca Lineham as its interim chief financial officer, effective from January 20, 2025.

Lineham's appointment comes after the resignation of the company's previous CFO, Margaret Warrington, who has taken up a new role at Summerset.

EROAD said Warrington will remain with the company until February 21, 2025, to facilitate a smooth transition.

Lineham brings extensive experience in financial leadership and has previously held CFO and senior finance roles at Mint Innovation, Impac Services Group, Daifuku Oceania, and Waste Management.

The company is currently in the process of recruiting a permanent CFO.
