The receivers of EX SCGL Limited (Formerly Smiths City Group Limited) (In Receivership) have applied to de-list the Company from the NZX Main Board, with the effective date being 9 February 2023.
The Receivers were appointed by the Company's Directors in May 2020 and settled all creditor payments in full and final settlement by November 2021.
A reverse NZX listing was investigated as an option, however not viable.
There will be no dividends or return of share capital to shareholders and the suspension of shares will not be lifted prior to the de-listing.
Upon delisting, the Receivers will make an application to the High Court to place the Company and various of its subsidiaries into liquidation.
