EXERCISE OF BARRAMUNDI LIMITED WARRANTS (BRMWG) – 26 May 23

Barramundi Limited has announced that the final exercise price of their warrants (BRMWG) is $0.83, with the exercise date of 26 May 2023.

Warrants holders have the option to not exercise any warrants and allow them to lapse, sell or transfer their warrants on the NZX Main Board until 24 May 2023, or exercise them on 26 May 2023.

Payment is to be made in New Zealand dollars by direct credit, and Barramundi Limited will pay a NZX adviser firm handling fee of 0.4%.

Computershare will process the completed warrant exercise forms, and assistance may be available by email or phone.
