JPMorgan Global Growth & Income plc has announced its final results for the year ended 30th June 2022, which includes the combination of the company with The Scottish Investment Trust PLC.
The combination was completed on 1st September 2022, with shareholders of both companies voting in favour.
The net asset value of the company is currently £1,300,840,375.
