Fletcher Building has announced the retirement of Chris Reid as Company Secretary of Fletcher Building Limited and Fletcher Building Industries Limited, effective 16 June 2023.
Ashleigh Harding has been appointed as an additional Company Secretary of both companies, effective 19 June 2023.
Andrew Clarke remains as Company Secretary of both companies.
