Fletcher Building confirms director appointment

Fletcher Building Chair Bruce Hassall has announced the appointment of Sandra Dodds as a non-executive director of the company, effective 1 September 2023.

Ms Dodds is an independent director and has also been appointed to the Board of Fletcher Building Industries Limited.

She has over thirty years of experience in senior executive and board roles, and is currently a Director for Contact Energy Limited, Snowy Hydro Limited, OceanaGold Limited and Beca Group Limited.
