Flux Federation CEO Nic Kennedy resigns

Flux Federation chief executive, Nic Kennedy, has resigned from the company, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Meridian Energy.

The resignation will be effective from July 2.

Meridian Energy said the Flux board will begin the recruitment process for a new CEO.

Flux provides modern energy and utility billing technology to clients, including Meridian Energy.

The announcement did not provide any further details or reasons for Kennedy's resignation.
