Foley Wines Limited (FWL) - Board Changes

Foley Wines Limited announced that William P Foley II has resigned as Chairman and Director of the company effective 31st March 2023.

Paul Brock has been appointed as Chairman and Robert P Foley is appointed a Director of the company effective 1st April 2023, however he is not an Independent Director due to his familial connections with William P Foley II and Carol J Foley.

Robert will be required to retire at the next Annual Shareholders' Meeting and stand for election.

Bill Foley commented that he is happy with the changes and Paul Brock's appointment as Chairman.
