Fonterra appoints Alistair Field as director

Fonterra has announced the appointment of Alistair Field as an independent director on its board.

Field, who is based in Australia, has 30 years of experience in the mining, metals, manufacturing, and logistics sectors.

He will officially join the board on November 1, 2024.

Field's appointment fills the vacancy left by Scott St John, who retired from the board in March.

Fonterra's shareholders will be asked to ratify Field's appointment at the annual meeting on November 14.
